Pre Production Samples
Samples made from bulk fabric, trims etc to ensure visual and technical details are established before production starts.
Pilot Run
To ensure all sizes, gradations and measurements are in order before the bulk order is cut.
Inline Inspection
Catching errors at the first needle-point. We ensure bulk production mirrors your approved sample from day one.
Mid Inspection
A deep-dive at 50% completion. We verify measurements, workmanship, and labelling consistency across the line, including post watching garment dye as well.
Final Pre-Shipment Inspection
The ultimate gatekeeper. We make sure only AQL passed merchandise perfect products leave the port.
